KA Consulting was founded by Kieran Aldred to offer a more tailored, personal and expert approach to recruitment across the insurance sector.
Kieran has over 8 years’ experience working with a range of leading and well-respected insurers, brokers, InsurTech firms and service providers across the UK, delivering hundreds of placements across multiple areas of the business.
As a CII member and currently working towards the CII Certificate, Kieran has built a strong reputation within the market and takes a consultative approach to every engagement. Whether supporting permanent hiring, contract requirements, or statement of work engagements, the focus is on providing a flexible and reliable service throughout.
